8:26 pm:

The new rules began last Spring arising from incidents at the Nest.

8:27 pm:

8:28 pm:

Despite the new rules, problems affecting the safety and security of students and staff at the Nest, dance parties were again cancelled this semester.

The shirt would likely be designed by Director of Publicity Caffey.
